The Avian Cyptid, grim denizen of the Mauve Zone, emerging from the Vertical Abyss on dark foreshadowing wings, the harbinger of impending calamity; is flying low over Pyramid City. Whether it takes the form of Thunderbird, Mothman, the Blackbird of Chernobyl with single malevolent burning blood-red eye, or just the hoot owl in the churchyard that woke you at midnight from a dream you are still trying to remember and forget – beware its appearance.
